We'll give you an arrival window, and a technician diagnoses the problem on site and gives you a written quote before any repair work begins — the $89 service fee is credited toward the repair if you go ahead. Most repairs are finished on the first visit from stocked parts; if a part has to be ordered, we schedule the return visit before we leave. Every repair carries our 90-day labor warranty, in writing.
TrueFix repairs major home and commercial appliances — refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, range hoods, microwaves, freezers, ice makers, wine coolers and commercial kitchen equipment. We do not offer air conditioning or HVAC services of any kind — for AC or heating system work, you'll need an HVAC specialist.
