    90-day labor warranty plus a 1-year warranty on parts we install, in writing.

Repair or replace?

Commercial equipment downtime costs money every hour, so most restaurants and businesses repair first — a walk-in cooler or ice machine failure is rarely cheaper to replace outright unless the unit is already near the end of its rated life. We'll always tell you plainly if a repair isn't the better call.

Maintenance tips

  • Clean condenser coils on reach-in and walk-in units monthly — grease-laden kitchen air clogs them faster than a typical home environment.
  • Check door gaskets on walk-ins and reach-ins regularly; a bad seal is one of the most common causes of a unit running constantly.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance on ice machines at least twice a year to avoid a breakdown during peak hours.
  • Keep a service log per unit so recurring issues are easy to spot before they become a full breakdown.

How much does a commercial service call cost?

The diagnostic visit is $89. If you approve the repair, that amount comes off the final bill. You'll see the full quote before any work starts.

Can you really come the same day?

Down equipment costs you revenue by the hour, so commercial calls go to the front of the line. Most are seen the same day.

Do you offer maintenance plans and invoicing for multiple locations?

Yes. We set up recurring maintenance schedules and consolidated monthly invoicing for accounts with more than one location.

What equipment do you service?

Walk-in and reach-in coolers, ice machines, commercial ranges and ovens, and coin or card laundry equipment.

What does the warranty cover?

Our labor is guaranteed for 90 days: if the same problem comes back in that window, we come back at no charge. Parts we install carry a 1-year warranty against failures not caused by the customer.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my building or property manager?

Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance with coverage up to $1,000,000 per occurrence and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
