TrueFix Appliance Repair is a DBA of Gurbanov LLC, providing residential and commercial appliance repair across Los Angeles County and Orange County, California.
Booking and service visits
When you call, text or submit our booking form, you're requesting a service visit, not confirming a guaranteed appointment time — we'll confirm a specific arrival window with you directly. A diagnostic/service fee applies to each visit, as described on our pricing page; it's credited toward the repair if you go ahead with the work we quote.
Quotes and approval
We give you a written quote after diagnosis, before any repair work begins. We don't perform work beyond what you've approved without checking with you first.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, call or text us as soon as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Warranty
Repairs are covered by our 90-day labor warranty, and parts we install carry a 1-year warranty against failures not caused by the customer — see our warranty page for full terms.
Promotions
Promotional offers, such as the first-service labor discount, apply only as described on our pricing page at the time you book. A promotion has no cash value, applies to labor on repairs you approve in writing, and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or end promotions at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies to new bookings.
