Outside of that window, or for anything the manufacturer warranty doesn't cover, TrueFix backs every repair with our own 90-day labor warranty and a 1-year warranty on the parts we install, in writing.

If your appliance is still under its original Viking warranty, check the terms with Viking directly before any independent repair — using a non-authorized technician can affect manufacturer warranty coverage on some models. Outside that window, an independent repair is the normal path.
Our vans stock the parts we see fail most often across the brands we service most, Viking included. If your repair needs a less common part, we'll tell you during the diagnosis and schedule the return visit as soon as it arrives.
