TrueFix Appliance Repair is operated by Gurbanov LLC ("TrueFix", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you call or text us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact: info@truefix.pro or (424) 296-8985.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), ZIP code, the address for the visit, your appliance, brand and model, a description of the problem, any promo code you enter, and the content of calls, text messages with us.
Information collected automatically: your IP address and approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and your clicks on call and text buttons and form submissions. This comes from cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use information
We use it to schedule and carry out repairs, contact you about your appointment, keep service and warranty records, answer your questions, measure and improve the website and our advertising, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing text messages.
What each one does
- Your cookie choice: we store your Accept or Decline choice in your browser (local storage) so we do not ask again.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4: measure visits and which pages, buttons and forms are used.
- Google Ads conversion measurement: tells us when a visit that came from an ad leads to a call, text or request.
- Google Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address to serve them.
Your cookie choices
A banner lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a decline. You can change your choice at any time with "Your privacy choices" in the footer, delete cookies in your browser settings, manage Google advertising settings at adssettings.google.com, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who help us run the business: Google (analytics, advertising measurement, fonts), our website and email host, and phone and text carriers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. Under California law, some advertising measurement can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out with the cookie banner, a Global Privacy Control signal, or by contacting us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety, or in a sale of the business.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident you can ask us to tell you what personal information we collected about you and how we used and shared it, to delete it, to correct it, and to stop sharing it for advertising. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@truefix.pro or call (424) 296-8985. We may need to verify your identity, for example by matching your phone number or address to a past request. We respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. We keep service records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, and analytics data for the period set in our Google Analytics account.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
