Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology. We build toward WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines: clear focus states, labeled form fields, sufficient color contrast, a skip-to-content link, and semantic landmarks throughout the site.
What we've done
Every interactive control (the services menu, the mobile menu, the fix finder, the ZIP checker) is reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with visible focus states and Escape-to-close behavior where relevant. Content is written to remain fully visible with JavaScript disabled or blocked — nothing on this site depends on a script running to be readable.
Known limitations
We're not aware of an outstanding accessibility issue at the time of writing. If you run into one, we want to know — see Contact below.
Feedback
If any part of this site is difficult to use with your assistive technology, call or text us and describe the issue — we'll do our best to fix it.
